It’s not a secret – here’s how our recruitment process looks like!
We have two main steps, really, that's it! The first step is an HR Interview, the second is the Technical Interview.
After that we'll be able to send you an offer if we're a fit.
Our team carefully reviews your CVs, including human resources experts and technical recruitment specialists.
This part takes about 25 minutes to complete. We'll talk about your previous experience. We'll also check the culture match which is important to us.
The technical recruiter asks about your professional experience and technical skills to see whether you're the right fit for the role.
Feedback is very important to us. We always provide it, regardless of the result of the technical interview. You can always count on honest feedback from us.
